About this service
Every young person in our programs gets a dedicated coach who helps set goals, solve problems, and stay on track — for up to a year after you start work or school.
Who may qualify
- Ages 16–24 in the Middle Rio Grande region.
How to get started
- 1Reach out — online, by phone, or at a center.
- 2Meet your coach and set your first goals.
- 3Check in regularly as you make progress.
