Our free online Career Assessment takes about five minutes. It asks about the work you enjoy, jobs you've held, your education, whether you'd rather be with people, hands-on, outdoors, or at a computer, how much training time you can realistically commit, the pay you're aiming for, and anything we should plan around — transportation, child care, or schedule. Your results name specific occupations that actually exist across our nine counties, why each one fits you, typical local pay, the training each requires, and honest cautions where there's a gap. Bring the results to a career specialist to turn them into a plan.
