Whether you're starting out or starting over, we guide you through every step — job search assistance, career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, and connections to local openings and hiring events. We can also help you work around barriers like transportation, housing, child care, justice involvement, or a disability, with both in-person and virtual services available.

Through WorkInTexas.com, the state's official job database, you can explore thousands of openings matched to your skills and experience. We also connect you to programs that help you earn credentials, complete certifications and degrees, and gain hands-on experience — including registered apprenticeships, short- and long-term occupational training, on-the-job learning, GED and adult education support, and skills development for high-demand careers. Financial assistance may be available to cover tuition, books, tools, uniforms, transportation, child care, and certification exam costs.
